Another Doc Visit Down

Another doc visit down.  I feel like we are there all the time! Started feeling contractions. Don’t be alarmed…it’s nothing until I get them every five minutes for an hour.  Mine are spaced out with no rhyme or reason.  But at least it’s a sign that we might be getting a little closer.

Doc Visit

Another doctor visit down. This one prepped us for all the “fun” we were going to have during labor…I think I actually saw the color fade from Joe’s face a few times during the consultation!   And all he has to do is be there for support!  I told the doc to be prepared, as he might be a fainter.  All kidding aside, Joe has been a great support throughout the entire pregnancy and is really looking forward to being a dad!

Getting Ready!

We head to the doctor again tomorrow and will be going weekly from here out.  Joe and I took an infant, child and adult CPR class last Saturday.  So we feel a little more prepared…ha! My hospital bag is packed, the bassinet is set up and the car seat is out.

3D Sonogram at 36 Weeks

A big thank you to Clay’s mom Dianna Drury for getting us in for the 3D sonogram today! Liam was facing down most of the time and not really cooperating for that full-on frontal facial shot.  But we did manage to capture him looking off to the side.  He even opened his eye for us!  (Check it out in the bottom right image.) The blurry object around him is the umbilical cord.

Say Hi to Little Liam!

Here is the little guy at 34 weeks.  Nice side profile, pretty cute if I do say so myself.  Doc says he is around 4 pounds. She expects him to come in around 6 to 6.5 pounds. (If I can stay off the sweets!) Next visit is in two weeks. Then we start going weekly.

Headed to the Doc on Wednesday

The count down has started!  Only six more weeks!  We are headed to the doc on Wednesday and will be posting sonogram pics. Stay tuned.
